Payment is accepted in the form of USD, through paypal, Cashapp, or venmo and must be paid upfront
Client must be over the age of 18 to commission character art containing explicit material (Explicit material is defined as the following: Pornography, Suggestive innuendos, Heavy Gore, Drug or alcohol usage, and anything else I may determine to be unsuitable to draw for an underage client at my own discretion)
Turnaround time may vary. Please allow up to 2 months for your completed commission if a due date is not specified. Commissions due a week or sooner from the date they are commissioned have a 50% rush fee on top of the initial cost.
in the event your due date could not be fulfilled, you will be granted the artwork with the addition of a full refund
refunds may be issued upon request. i offer full refunds as long as your commission is not finished. if a refund is asked for, please allow up to a week for it to take place (will usually be day-of but circumstances may affect it)
i may decide not to continue your commission for any reason at my own discretion. if you have paid, a full refund will be issued if this occurs.
artwork you commission from me may not be used commercially (i.e. selling merchandise with my artwork on it). you are more than welcome to use my art to spruce up your social media or character profiles, as well as to show off your lovely character, however! credit appreciated but not necessary.
i may use commissioned work as examples for future commissions, or post my work on social media. if you do not want your commissioned piece posted at all, there is a 50% privacy fee added on top of the initial cost of your commission.
note: if you take advantage of both the rush fee and privacy fee, the total will double the initial cost!
i try to respond to clients within 24-48 hours. i will never purposefully not respond to clients. if i do not respond to your message, please bump it!!
the process
once i have opened my commissions, client will reach out to me on any of the following social medias (twitter, bluesky, discord, or toyhouse) to initiate the start of their commission. within this message, i ask they provide me with clear, concise detail of what they are expecting as well as the character(s) they want featured, if applicable. if artisitic liberty is being granted, i ask you tell me a bit about your character's likes and personality! or if it's a design, tell me a bit about you or show me designs you like!
the client should also inform me of due dates, if i should be withheld from posting (privacy fee will not be put in place if i am only temporarily being withheld from posting it, i.e. the commission is a surprise gift), if any wip photos are wanted, what you are paying through, and any other information that may be useful to know before accepting your commission.
generally, i will try to respond even if i cannot accept the commission at the time. if you do not recieve a response, i may have missed it! do not be afraid about bumping your message if i do not respond in 24-48 hours. twitter does not always notify me when I receive messages
if i accept the commission, yippee! i will tell you where to send the payment and update my public queue (trello) to correspond with what you commissioned! (private commissions are exempt from being listed on the trello)
after accepting the commission, you are still free to let me know if you need adjustments to the commission (changing a character, etc.). an additional charge may be asked if it means dramatically changing or restarting any progress i have made, or if it is a different type of commission than what was previously asked for. if you want a cheaper commission instead after paying for a more expensive one, i will refund the difference.
along the way, i may or may not send wips depending on what is asked. progress is faster when i do not have to send wips, but if you want to ensure it looks how you want it to, please ask for progress screen caps! i will not do large fixes at the end if you do not specify you want wips to ensure product is at your standards inbetween
once i finish the commission, i will send you the completed file. please use this time to let me know your thoughts or if you need any smaller fixes!
if client is satisfied, i will send them over a link to the higher resolution file (via deviantart stash) or alternatively email the file to the client.
